I can’t recommend Ho’ola Mind & Body enough! I had the most amazing facial today with Ruby, and I am absolutely blown away by the entire experience. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was warm, serene, and incredibly calming. Her space is so beautifully designed, which immediately set the tone for total relaxation. The facial itself was beyond thorough. Ruby is so knowledgeable about skin care, and you can tell she truly cares about her clients’ needs. She customized the treatment to my skin, explaining each step in a way that made me feel confident and comfortable. Her touch is incredibly gentle yet effective — it felt like a true healing experience. I left not only feeling pampered but also rejuvenated inside and out. Her energy is so calming and soothing; you feel like you’re in the hands of someone who is genuinely invested in your well-being. I started going to Ruby about 3 years ago as a more holistic approach to work through my husband's stage IV cancer diagnosis. At that time I did not know that getting a massage every few weeks would result in a profound change within myself and how I view my life. As far as her massage technique, she is the most well trained I have ever been to (and I have been to many)! She is deeply intuitive and puts the most care and detail into her work. Ruby was the first person to introduce me to Reiki and guided me into a new understanding of energy work. About a year ago I took a leap of faith into Transformational Coaching by Ruby and my life shifted radically. Instead of feeling victimized by my life, I found my ability to heal myself. This new found perspective helped me move forward on a path of higher intention and reach possibilities that I had once thought unattainable. The coaching she does is science based and has proven to maximize growth in all areas of my life. I even became trained in Reiki too 😉 Ruby continues to help me build a stronger mind/ body connection and supports me as I learn to trust my intuition. She is very aware and full of wisdom while also being easy to talk to. I have always felt that she met me on my level. I met Ruby in 2018, and since then she’s been taking care of me! Ruby is a healing soul. She takes care of you mentally, physically, and most importantly: spiritually! She is one of the most kind person I know. She listens to you carefully and works with you to give you the best experience in the world. She offers a variety of services! I absolutely love her massage and her facials. The enhancements and Light therapy are sooooo good as well. If you haven’t met Ruby yet, you have no idea what you are missing! This review is well overdue! I have been coming here for several months now and Ruby is absolutely amazing! Her passion shines through the work that she does and she truly is a precious gem! Best massage I've ever had! She is well educated with many tools at her fingertips including powerful intuition. Whatever you are looking for, she has multiple resources and services for you!

Was in a lot of pain from an injury & work stress & had a 90 minute massage hoping it would help and man did it ever!!! Will def make this a reoccurring visit for health purposes. Highly recommend...and did to others that are coming in.

After an injury last year that affected my lower back and sciatic nerve, I have been regularly having massage to help relieve muscle atrophy and spasms. Ruby’s knowledge of muscles, trigger points and fascia has given me the ability to regain my strength and confidence in daily activity and also out enjoying the the outdoor activities I missed out last year. Not only is she an unbelievable massage therapist she is an esthetician that believes in holistic skin care. If you have not tried dermaplaning….it is an experience that your skin will love! With the combination of services and products, my skin has looked the healthiest in 59 years!!

Ruby has such a softness about her that allowed me to open up with ease. She listens well and makes me feel valued. She helped me to get clear on my goals and set clear action steps to reach those goals. Highly recommend her!
